Community Surveys

Showing the views of service users – and identifying their recommendations for improvements (these form a large part of our work).
The West Silvertown & Britannia Village Community Survey
1,200 residents were surveyed about their views of local services and the improvements they wanted to see.
160 residents participated in the survey and completed questionnaires, resulting a clear set of Recommendations, which, in turn, led to the development of a Community Plan for the area.
The Resident survey for Carpenters Estate Tenant Management Organisation (TMO)
CAT worked with a Tenant Steering Group to design and carry out a survey of residents, asking for their views of services and how they could be improved. The following newsletters were produced, before and after the survey. |
